This summer season: Electric fan check-up.

March is the start of Fire Prevention Month and it will run up to June. So have the following equipment check for general cleaning:

1. Electric fan 

2. Air conditioning unit 

3. Kitchen blower 

4. Fire extinguisher if it needs refilling.

It is understood that the above equipment is a fire hazard if is dirty and subject to overheating. Have them checked by your electrician.

Biggest problem in the wold ? A dirt cheap solution.

 Remember the leaking 6-inch valve? The solution is by using of braided rope and this is usually pre-immersed in oil. ( approximately 6  by 6 mm. ) The valve is being installed by removing the two screws on the top of the "thing" in between the wheel and the body of the valve.
